In January during Life Skills, Howard students will be learning about the Unthinkables and Thinkables and how they experience the Zones of Regulation. A tool to help students contain their energy is to engage in an aerobic exercise. Many Howard students have been caught doing planks in the hallway during a mindful minute. Howard B. Wigglebottom Learns to Listen by Susan F. Cornelison is a great book that pairs well with these two characters! To learn more, visit Mrs. Zimmerman’s School Counseling Weebly: http://howardschoolcounseling.weebly.com/ ***The February HPSA meeting will start at 6:00pm, rather than 6:30, due to the large amount of task and volunteer organization for our Spring Dance and Raffle.
