The Brown County Health Department is holding an immunization clinic for all children, to coincide with the State’s immunization checkpoint requirements for schools. This will give families with children behind on immunizations another opportunity to receive needed vaccines in time to meet the State Deadlines and at no charge. This clinic is available to ALL children ages 2 months through 18 years, regardless of insurance coverage. See flier for further details! In January during Life Skills, Howard students will be learning about the Unthinkables and Thinkables and how they experience the Zones of Regulation. A tool to help students remain in the moment is to limit screen time. Engage in an outdoor activity that is device free so that everyone can enjoy conversations with one another. Mr. Daydream by Roger Hargreaves is a great book that pairs well with these two characters! To learn more, visit Mrs. Zimmerman’s School Counseling Weebly: http://howardschoolcounseling.weebly.com/ ***The February HPSA meeting on Tuesday, February 7th will start at 6:00pm, rather than 6:30, due to the large amount of task and volunteer organization for our Spring Dance and Raffle.
