NOTE FROM THE SCHOOL NURSE:
The Brown County Health Department is holding an immunization clinic for all children, to coincide with the State’s immunization checkpoint requirements for schools. This will give families with children behind on immunizations another opportunity to receive needed vaccines in time to meet the State Deadlines and at no charge. Please note: This clinic is available to ALL children ages 2 months through 18 years, regardless of insurance coverage. See flier for further details! |

Congratulations to Ms. Klaus and her class for collecting the most Box Tops for the
second quarter! Ms. Klaus and her class collected 464 Box Tops!
Ms. Klaus will receive something from her classroom wish list and each of her students
will receive a treat bag from HPSA! The Howard Husky stuffed animal will stay in
Ms. Klaus’s classroom until the third quarter classroom winner is rewarded.
A total of 2,697 Box Tops were collected during the second quarter!
That’s $269.70 for Howard Elementary!

Remember to label your Box Tops with your child’s name and teacher’s name.

New Year-Round Update Process for Parents to Update Family Information Online
- Parent/Guardian will log into the PowerSchool Parent Portal.
- Once in the portal, choose the appropriate student (changes will need to be done for each child listed in the account).
- Select InfoSnap Year Round Update on the left side under navigation. (This will take a couple seconds to populate the information that is currently in PowerSchool.)
- Once the student information is populated, the parent/guardian is free to change the appropriate information such as primary mailing name, contact #, address, mother/father/guardian information, and emergency contact information.

January 7, 11 a.m. - 12:30 p.m. - Bay Port Hockey Skate with the Pirates at the Cornerstone Community Ice Center. Come out and meet your 2016-17 Pirates Hockey Team. All skill levels welcome. Free Admission.
Saturday, January 28 -Drama Workshop for Elementary kids,(Grades Kindergarten - 6th Grade) 9 a.m.-2 p.m. Bay Port, PAC. Every year Bay Port High School Drama club puts together a themed workshop. The theme this year is Mulan!
There is a discrepancy with one of the At-A-Glance calendar dates in the November District Newsletter that was mailed to families. The newsletter says we have parent/teacher conferences on Friday, Feb. 17 in the morning; however, there is No School or Parent/Teacher conferences!
Pirate Fastpitch Tournament Team Information Pirate Fastpitch Tournament Team Information is a non-profit organization providing youth athletes the opportunity to participate in competitive tournament team softball.
